Terms of Service
The agreement between you and BetGlobal. Plain terms: we host the board, you and another user make the bet, and we take nothing from it.
Who can use BetGlobal
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to place wagers where you live. One account per person. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing a payout.
Your account
Usernames are 3–20 characters, letters and numbers only, and are shown publicly on every bet you post. You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
How bets work
A bet is an agreement between two users. The creator sets the stake, the odds, and the terms that settle it. Accepting a bet locks both stakes until settlement. BetGlobal is never a counterparty and charges no platform fee.
Settlement and disputes
The creator declares the result and the taker confirms or disputes it. A dispute requires a written reason and may include a supporting file. An administrator reviews the evidence against the bet's stated terms, and that decision is final.
Money and payouts
Deposits and payouts run through Stripe. Card deposits are $1 to $10,000 per transaction. Locked stakes are unavailable until the bet settles. Bank payouts require a connected account and typically arrive in one to two business days.
Prohibited bets
No bets on outcomes involving minors, no wagers that require an illegal act, no fixed events, and nothing you have inside influence over. We remove such bets and refund both sides.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account for fraud, collusion, chargeback abuse, or repeated bad-faith disputes. You can close your account at any time once no bets are open.
